Is the secret to have more fun?

I just posted the comment IS THE SECRET TO HAVE MORE FUN on my Facebook page and I am compelled to discuss it more here.  It occurred to me like a lightning bolt this evening that I have been way to serious lately and well some stuff just isn’t showing up.  Is the secret to have fun anyway rather than once “this stuff” happens then I will or I will be able to have fun.  I am a very passionate believer in energy and universal laws however I am also a very left brained / analytical type and consequently these 2 worlds collide and sometimes harmonise but often struggle with each other.

I have read many books and watched a plethora of movies on the subject and you know the secret really is to have fun and be happy on the journey, because really it is all about the journey, not the destination.  So why did that penny drop with a thud tonight?  I’m unsure of the answer to that and I don’t much care to seek it out – I am certain of one thing – I am grateful for it!

As most of you know I am partaking in a 90 day challenge with 2 other Aussie women and we have inspired a few others to join us – 2 weeks into the journey which includes setting a bunch of new habits including the “Anytime I….” outlined in this Anytime I Video and things are shifting for me.  Including the fact that I have been focussed on attracting a personal trainer to train me for free as part of a JV idea I have and well 13 days in to this challenge he arrived – we start next week – more about that later.

So anyway I commit to having more fun, joy and happiness in my life, to focus on what I want to show up and not some old outdated shite story that has worn out its welcome… so what are you doing for fun?  What’s bringing you joy?  Post a comment and let me know – now that would be fun!
