Do You Wish to Be Self Employed & Rich

Facebook Instant Message Scam – Beware

Hi folks, its such truly awesome weather here in Queensland Australia at the moment and I started the day feeling very motivated, inspired if even a little tenacious.  Had a fab workout and was having a successful morning getting momentum in some real estate transactions when I heard the familiar “ping” from my computer indicating I had an Instant Message on Facebook.  There was a message from Ron a Precher saying “I need your help”… I asked “what can I do to help”… The reply came “I am stuck in London”… my reply “I can’t help I am in Australia”, “yes you can”, then “I have been robbed at gun point, I have no cash, no credit cards & no phone”, I sat & looked & became wary… next “I need a loan can you send it via Western Union”… I replied “no that is too odd, surely you can get help from family & friends” – and that my friends was it – nothing more – I quickly unfriended this person as advice from my fellow Facebook friends was that this persons account had probably been hacked.  So watch out for the scammers – it stinks of the old Nigerian Email Scam of the early naughties.

Location: Starbucks, 1:47 PM.
Subject: “The Painful Truth…”

If you’re looking to achieve financial freedom from home, specifically through a “MLM” or network marketing opportunity, you’re in for a rude awakening my friend.

If you’re already in that trench, fighting with every breath you’ve got for much less money than it’s worth, it’s not your fault… The times have changed.

What we’re about to share with you right now may anger some, but will help countless others.

You see, the industry is changing rapidly and the purpose of this “Coffee House Letter” is to warn you, or at least make you aware of some very unsettling insights that need your immediate attention if you plan to make more than $10,000/mo in from home in 2009 and beyond.

Whatever you do, read this document thoroughly. We took out every sentence that wasn’t relevant to keep the length as short as possible, so if it’s in these pages, consider it information that is absolutely vital.

Now we’re going to go ahead and assume that you’re either pursuing a home business of some kind right now, or that you have pursued one in the past. If you’re in neither group, then consider yourself extremely fortunate, as the information in this letter will save you years of blood, sweat, tears, and money.

So what’s going on?

Well, in a nutshell (to find out more click here The CoffeeHouse Letter

Do you have a ritual in the morning to get your day started?  If so is it working for you?  A morning ritual consists of taking ideally an hour of your day preferably a half hour after rising to do some sort of exercise to clear the way for a creative day.  Walking or jogging is an excellent option as is hitting the gym for some cardio and / or weight lifting activity.  Cardio is a fantastic example of how expending energy creates energy and you will find that once the hard work is done you will feel fantastic.  If you are just starting out with cardio training – 20 minutes a day is a great place to start.   Intervals are also very effective for example if you are on the stationary bike – ride flat out for 15 seconds and continue for the next 45 seconds at a more leisurely pace and repeat.

Also known as the “hour of power” in some circles the ritual is a way to clear your mind and then prime your mind with nutritious thoughts.  If you spend the first five to ten minutes thinking about what you want out of your day, the next five to ten minutes on positive affirmations, a couple I like are “I am a brilliant and savvy businesswoman” and “what is mine comes to me in avalanches of abundance” so work with what makes you buzz.   The rest of the hour let your mind wander and create up a storm.  Think about what is important to you, how you can improve on what you are doing and question whether you are challenging yourself enough or are you living in an ordinary space.

You could alternate your morning rituals, between gym and walking and also including meditation in the equation.   By rotating different activities it will help to stave off the boredom factor – if that is something you struggle with.   The important factor is that you continue with this practice and don’t give up on it.   The results will amaze you as you become more creative, focussed and energised.  After completing an hour of power, follow it up with a nutritious breakfast and you will be in a position to power into your day – look out!

I am writing this as much for me and for you, I have been all over the place lately in my online business and have been out of focus and achieving mediocre results, that’s not good enough anymore.  I have re-evaluated my day and realised that I have become complacent about my morning ritual and therefore stagnant in my home business.  I commit to resolving this today!
